Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Bliss Innovations, we are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets our clients' expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Cancellation Within 7 Days

If a client cancels their project within 7 calendar days of the signed agreement and initial payment, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the total project cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

This 7-day window begins from the date the project agreement is signed and the initial deposit is received.

3. No Refund After Project Start

Once active development or design work has commenced (as determined by the delivery of initial wireframes, mockups, or code), no refunds will be issued. The client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

4. Custom Work Exception

Due to the bespoke nature of custom design and development work, all custom-built features, designs, and code created specifically for the client are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of the cancellation timeline.

5. Quality Guarantee

If the delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the approved Statement of Work (SOW), Bliss Innovations will make reasonable revisions at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of final delivery.

The number of revision rounds and their scope will be defined in the individual project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Subscription and Recurring Services

For recurring services such as hosting and maintenance, refunds are not provided for the current billing period once the service has been rendered. Clients may cancel recurring services with 30 days written notice.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@blissinnovations.in with your project reference number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
